Chris Johnson

CJ headChris Johnson is the co-founder of Atlas Greenway Partners, LLC. He is responsible for setting the company’s overall strategy and establishing procedures for its operations. His specific duties include the identification, analysis, and selection of our target markets, and the financial evaluation of each potential investment. Additionally, he maintains direct oversight of all ongoing project budgets and expenditures.

Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in both Finance and Real Estate and has been a Certified Real Estate Appraiser in Mississippi and Louisiana since 1993. His appraisal experience includes small commercial properties, multi-family complexes, historic and estate homes, single-family residential property, and raw land. He has personally appraised thousands of homes of all styles and values over a 12-year period in the New Orleans market.  He has rehabbed and sold dozens of homes in multiple states as well as new construction. Growing up in the family building supply business and managing it for two years after college, he also has a component level understanding of construction products, application, and costs.

Monty Lunn

Monty Lunn Color (3)Monty Lunn is the co-founder Atlas Greenway Partners, LLC. He is licensed real estate agent who is also an active real estate investor. He specializes in consulting with clients on how to maximize investment income utilizing retirement vehicles such as self-directed Roth and SEP IRA’s as well as 401K portfolios.

Monty’s career enabled him to live and work both nationally and internationally in the legal industry in a management level capacity specializing in sales, marketing, and consulting. His expertise is primarily in the technology sector with stints at Wang Labs, Thomson Reuters Elite, Deloitte & Touche, FAS and Huron Consulting in addition to software and services provided to both Fortune 500 and AmLaw 100 clients.

 

Elizabeth Johnson 

elizabethElizabeth has been in private practice in Lafayette since 2008.  Her diverse experience ranges from real estate transactional law to corporate and insurance defense.  She has served as co-counsel on multi-million dollar maritime personal injury cases and has handled several complicated, multi-defendant federal criminal matters, both as a court appointed attorney through the Federal Indigent Defender Board for the Western District of Louisiana and as a private attorney.

Prior to moving to Lafayette, Elizabeth served as judicial law clerk in United States District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana to the Honorable G. Thomas Porteous, Jr. from 2003-2008.  Elizabeth, born and raised in New Iberia, Louisiana, is a 1996 graduate of Catholic High School and received a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Mississippi, “Ole Miss,” in 2000.  In 2003, she received a Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.  While at Loyola she served as a Research Assistant to Professor Katherine Lorio, was a member of the Maritime Law Society and successfully completed Loyola’s Trial Advocacy Program. Elizabeth is the Vice President of Personnel for the Junior League of Lafayette and a mother of four.
