The St Louis Project consists of three near identical double gallery single family homes located directly on the most beautiful and spacious part of the new Lafitte Greenway linear park – three blocks from Whole Foods, Canal Street, and near the new University Medical Center. Four municipal lots were converted into three in order to provide additional width for off street parking and a sizeable back yard. Homes are three bedroom, two and a half bath.
